I went there to get my nails filled and they were filed by a different women then who painted them, my right hands nails are a centimeter and half longer then my left, and it’s very noticeable, another women painted them and she was very rude, always complained in vietnamese when my hand wouldn’t relax, and she was very short with me, when I left my nails had a bunch of dent and scratches on them and the polish chipped very easily, I would most likely never go back because of how poorly treated I was and for how bad my nails looked, I wouldn’t recommend to anyone to come here but in all honesty

Great place! I called and made a super last minute appointment. To my surprise they had time. I was greeted promptly when I arrived. The nail technician was professional and polite. She took her time doing my acrylic nails, I didn't feel like she was rushing at all!! My nails came out super cute and looked very nice. She did accidentally cut me once (which I get happens from time to time, but I haven't been cut in a long time ) which is why I gave the place a 4 star rating. Over all the place was VERY clean and following all COVID regulations which made me feel good. I paid $40 for my

I love TJ Nails! It is always my “go to” for pedicures. They have comfy chairs and lots of space in the salon. I don’t feel cramped (a definite plus during these crazy COVID times). The salon is always clean and I have felt so safe in there during the pandemic. Everyone is wearing a mask, they have shields at the end of the massage chairs. The workers are courteous and give a great foot massage BUT, my very favorite thing about TJ Nails is that they carry OPI Shine polish. It is a higher quality polish that lasts for weeks (like gel polish but it comes off with normal removers at home if

I have been going to Tj Nails for a long time and have been quite satisfied for the most part. The language barrier makes me a bit uncomfortable when they are talking among themselves and laughing but I try to close it out. Today was the breaking point. Vim was giving me a manicure. As she was shaping my nails I said I preferred them round at the end and not pointed. You would have thought I asked her to stop breathing. She threw down her file, grabbed a drawer and pulled out a pair of clippers all the while saying why didn't I say so to begin with - ??

Went in to get my acrylics removed and I told them that's all I wanted... Then she proceeded to keep asking me if I wanted a new set or a manicure even though I said no 5 times. Also, when she was removing my acrylics she was not gentle at all. When she was using tweezers to get the acrylic nail off, she actually pulled a peice of my actual nail off so now I have a hole in the middle of my nail. Never will I go there again....will continue to keep going to Lexi nails in the valley! They are amazing!

Don't waste your time. They are understaffed, and can't communicate well enough to understand what you are asking for. I went for a pedicure that lasted all of 20 minutes - no massage, no callus removal, and I had to ask for a wet towel to clean the sticky exfoliation stuff off at the END of the pedi. I was so surprised when she started polishing my toes at what should have been the halfway point. Someone came in to complain about a set of nails gone wrong while I was there, and they offer no reimbursements in spite the poor work.

My wife, mom and sisters went to get there nails done and I’ve never heard them complain this much about a place. They made all 4 of there nails bleed, were very unkind and rough, and on top of that it was very pricey. Also they charge you for using a card?!?! Very bad business I recommend to go anywhere but there.

Don't waste your time or money when you can do it better yourself. I'm 7.5 month pregnant and thought I was doing myself a favor by getting a pedicure since it's not the easiest to do it myself anymore. Other than a crooked nails and a paint job that still smudged 3 hours later, my feet didn't look or feel any different. Still dry, still cracked, and still calloused. I basically paid $22 for a crappy paint job that I ended up having to redo that night anyway.

They were okay. The lady was just super rough when doing my nails, my face was cringing the whole time because it hurt. She would dig into my skin and she actually made me bleed on my finger. She didn’t listen when I told her I wanted them shorter (maybe she just didn’t hear me) she also started painting them the wrong color until she realize and had to start over. They are pretty nails but one was crooked. Will most likely not come back

Another Spokane salon with a 30 minute wait just to start. It's one of those things that you want to get up and leave. Positives at TJ's we're politeness, convenience, sanitary and price. My mani/pedi both turned out good, it's somewhere I would try again. $34 seems like a good price point. I'm going to keep checking out the nail places of Spokane because I've yet to find one that's up to date, and timely.

I have went here exclusively since June. I've had a few instances of REALLY poor customer service but the convenience wins every time. I had Pink/Whites applied very recently (3/4days) and I had a nail lifting ...I went in and just asked if I could have it filed down. She grabbed the glue, put it ALL over my thumb and said "You just need glue, it's simple you know" I'm not sure why filing the ONE nail down was not a feasible request, but I still have a space between my real/fake nail....and super glue everywhere.

Went in today with my daughter to get pedicures. This was our regular place for the last two years but whenever they changed the staff, that is when the service started going downhill for us. Today it was busy, but had two seats next to each other. The message was very poorly done and she only used one hand, rubbing the same spot basically the whole time. Had her three month old baby in a bouncy seat close by so she was not really paying too much attention to what she was doing. The hot towels were placed haphazardly on my legs and not really wrapped at all. We were rushed out of our chairs

This is quite possibly the worst nail salon I've ever been to. Not busy when I walked in, which should have been my first clue. Wanted a shellac pedicure, but they had a limited number of available shellac polish, and none were eye-catching, TBH. So I settled for the $5 more expensive OPI nail polish. What shocked me the most was the foot/leg massage. I don't expect an all day treatment, but most salons do a massage on each foot/leg for a minimum 3-5 minutes. I literally received a 30 second exfoliating scrub to each leg followed by a 30 second lotion application to each leg. I repeat

The location is the south east corner of 57th and Regal, next to Makenzie River Pizza.
It was very easy to make an appointment. I called around 10:30 am on a Thursday for a 1:00 appointment that same day for 3 pedicures. We were running late, so i called to ask if that would be okay, and she said no problem.
When we arrived, the place was clean and the staff was very friendly. We were able to all sit together. The ladies took their time and did an excellent job on our feet, so we decided to stay for manicures, too. Very well done!
The price was extremely reasonable at $23 for both mani and pedi

My mom sister and I walked in to get the basic pedicure, which costed us $20 each. This includes a sugar scrub, nail clipping, hot towels, and obviously nail painting. My sister and I both got the flower design which I think turned out really well. The workers there were pretty nice, even though they're busy and don't speak English all the time. Since my sister is small, she also got her fingernails painted free of price.

I understand Vietnamese so I've gone to maybe 5-6 salons sitting there and not telling them I understand to make sure if they're talking smack haha. I went here three times before deciding they're getting my business. They've always been super nice and attentive although most of them don't speak English that well. I really appreciate the concern and carefulness when I came here after my knee surgery (I couldn't bend my knee enough to clip my toenails).
I've had gel manicures and pedicures done. For $20, it doesn't get any better for a pedicure. The one guy

This is the first nail salon I have been to in Spokane and although I give it a 4 star rating I think I will go to a different location next time my nails need some TLC.
The nail salon is pretty big but a bit under staffed. I walked in at just the right moment on a Saturday and was able to get seated right away but the 4 people that walked in right after me left because they only have three people to service everyone.
Cleanliness: It is very clean and organized. They use plastic bags in the pedicure chairs ( where you soak you feet ) so if you get grossed out with the idea of soaking you feet
