On June 22nd 2021 I was rear-ended in stand-still traffic by a worker from Tm Tree Service. There was an 18 wheeler in front of me and my brand new Subaru just missed. I had never been in a car accident before. Never once was I asked if I was okay or apologized to. In fact, when I asked the driver for his insurance information he proceeded to get back into the car as if he was going to drive off. I waited 2 hours for the police to come. The insurance listed under the car is incorrect. In fact, my insurance has been going back and forth with theirs and they cannot find an account under the owner

We needed some large trees pruned down, the service we used 4 years ago when we moved in were ghosting us so I called around with no replies from a few places.
Then I called here...I received a call right back from Enrique. Boy am I glad he did! He scheduled an appointment for an estimate, he was running a little behind, but he called to let us know this - very respectful. He worked with us and set a date to come and take care of the trees.
Enrique followed up on everything with a confirming call, him and his team were very pleasant, professional and respectful; they got the job done very

Scheduled an appointment last week for today 12-2pm. Took off work for this appointment. Driver is supposed to call before coming. 2pm rolls around and no call, nothing. Called the company and receptionist said she can’t reach the driver and she’ll call me back. 30min later call back and still cannot reach the driver. If you can’t keep up with business and keep appointments do NOT waste people’s time. DO NOT USE- Go somewhere else!

Called on a recommendation from a neighbor, and couldn't be happier that I did. Ricardo arrived when he said he would and gave us an estimate. The young woman who manages the office was professional and knowledgeable, and a true asset to the company. The crew came a couple of days later and did a stellar job and left the site cleaner than it was before they started. Reliable, skilled, and needless to say (but I'll say it anyway), highly recommended.

I had an excellent experience with this company. They came the next day to give a formal estimate, which I appreciated. We had an issue with a neighbor when taking down a tree and Enrique was polite, patient, and professional in the situation. They accommodated us and got us an appointment quickly for a reasonable price. A crew came and took down the tree with ease, careful to not cause any damage to the surrounding area, and very neatly.

My dad had some trees taken down yesterday. The guys were on time and got right to work. We watched as they worked. They were organized and professional. Every branch and tree trunk fell where they needed it to go. They cleaned everything up as if we never had any work done. Good group of guys and would definitely recommend this company.

ZERO STARS. this company went against simple and clear directions given to them. met with my neighbor and the guy who did the estimate to discuss trimming the branches of the tree that spread onto her property. the point of all three of us meeting was to ensure that they would just clean up the branches hanging over the fence line and nothing further. what a nightmare, "trimming" branches on the neighbor's side of the fence turned into cutting massive branches starting at the TRUNK of my tree. meaning they "trimmed" over my side of the fence several feet on MY property

After checking the reviews I decided to give T&M Greencare Tree Service a try. We were given a date to have the trees removed the next day after requesting a quote. They arrived on time and did a very professional job in a timely matter: Their prices are very reasonable. This company was recommended by our landscaper and they did an incredible job! There service was impeccable, AFFORDABLE, friendly and they kept us apprised of all that was going on. We had 7 large hedges removed, a "small" tree and one VERY LARGE tree. They not only removed it and ground up the stumps but the ground up another one on the site for us. The clean up was amazing as well! Enrique (I'm assuming the foreman) was so kind and so personable. I'd ask for him again!
