Tried to order flowers thru this florist. Due to Covid restrictions they weren’t willing to fill the order I placed despite their website accepting it. Then the woman goes and tells me she canceled my order. No discussion. No this is what we can do to make your order happen. I’ll be sure to take my business elsewhere. I’d encourage you to do the same.

I wanted to give a positive review for this business and the owner. There were a few other local florists who were not able to accommodate my needs for a bouquet and boutonniere for a prom this weekend. The owner was kind and helped explain how to properly care for the flowers etc. The store inside was adorable with many figurines and plush toys, jewelry and home accessories all more than reasonably priced. She was very sweet and needs to be commended. I also feel anyone writing a negative review may have been calling so last minute and have unrealistic expectations. Give them a try!

Unfortunately, yesterday (Tuesday) I ordered flowers for my mother-in-law for Mothers' Day. I asked that they be delivered on Friday. They were, how delivered yesterday afternoon, several days before I requested them to be delivered. Because of that, the flowers will most likely be wilted by Mothers' Day. I received no contact from the store indicating that they would be delivered several days before the requested date. I am disappointed and will most likely not use this store again. The flowers that were delivered were entirely different than what I ordered. There is absolutely no similarity between

I have used this florist many times in the past. I have spent tons of money at this place in the past until this past week. I called to have flowers delivered to my Mom for Mother’s Day. I was on the phone with the owner and was treated extremely rude. She basically told me she didn’t have time to take my order over the phone and was very rude. I have ordered flowers from her over the phone at least a dozen times but not anymore. I used Barbs Florist in the Villas and she had time to take my order.

We used Heart to Heart when my mother passed away and the woman was so helpful. We wanted something special for our mother and she made it come true. She worked patiently with us while we stumbled through the whole process.
The arrangements she made was gorgeous. She took white flowers and spray painted them to look tie dye. She then sprinkled them with glitter. My mother loved bright colors and sparkles and the floral arrangements were perfect.
