I moved so I was in need of a new local chiropractor. I called a few places and Tier One claimed they accepted my insurance....or so I thought, since they lied.
The receptionist at the front desk told me she'd call me back after she checked my insurance. Less than a week later i received their voicemail with the receptionist stating "Dr. Ulrich pulled some strings so we have better news than we thought". I called them back and they told me my copay was only $25.
I signed up and proceeded to get treatment for months. Then recently, they called me back and left a voicemail

Tier one is the best! I have been receiving regular care from Dr. Ulrich for several months. This week I took a fall on some stairs and landed on my tailbone. I am so grateful to Dr. Ulrich. It was my first time getting my back adjusted. Dr. Ulrich made it seem that I was his patient for years. He made my experience very smooth. He was very professional and very knowledgeable. I’m glad I went to him for my first session. It would be a hard sell for me to go to another chiropractor after him.

Dr. Ulrich is truly amazing. Kind, strong and effective. Most importantly, he takes care of adjusting most of the major bones in your body, unlike so many other chiropractors who only adjust one or two places when you visit. It is difficult to have adjustments from anybody else after working with Dr. Ulrich.

I had no idea what to expect when coming into Dr. Ulrich's office. I had never had an adjustment or a massage done before. I came in because of the massage and that they contracted with my insurance.

Dr. Ulrich is great! I've been seeing him for...I don't even know how many years. 3? 4? A long time. Ever since he's been at this Bellevue location. He's seen me through two difficult pregnancies and recoveries. Also, I have a desk job that gives me a lot of back and neck pain. As long as I go see him once a week, the pain is almost non-existent. And overall, Dr.Ulrich is just an all-around great guy.

VERY, VERY bad experience. They would book appointments that I didn't make and bill insurance. I had a massage appointment there, the chiropractor spoke to me about the billing so long I missed the massage appointment and they still billed the insurance. When I refused to pay they sent it to collections. Not a good place to do business.

As Dr. Ulrich would say without hesitation, I am NOT an easy customer. Loveable, but difficult. In other words, I don't trust doctors to know more than I do and so I put Dr. Ulrich to the test every single visit. And you know what? Dr. Ulrich is awesome. I've been really dreading writing this review, partially because I'm lazy and partially because it is already way too hard to get an appointment with Lisa, Tier One's in-house LMP 'cuz she's so popular.
