Jade Schuckman is a licensed pharmacist that graduated from the Purdue University School of Pharmacy in 1997. Jade is the owner of Medicine Plus. He has received specialized training in the area of customized hormone replacement therapy, pain management, adrenal fatigue, thyroid hormones, nutritional supplementation, and weight loss management.
Jade is a member of the International Academy of Compounding Pharmacists, Professional Compounding Centers of America, National Community Pharmacists Association, and the Indiana Pharmacists Alliance.
