G & S Construction is a family owned and run new home construction company located in South Lake Tahoe and serving the Lake Tahoe community in California and Nevada. Garrick grew up working on his grandfather, Richard Terrell's, job sites in Long Beach California. Beginning at a young age, sweeping up the jobs, his grandpa began to teach him the construction trade.

We couldn't be happier with the house that G&S built for us and we had a wonderful experience with Garrick and Becki. Several contractors who live in our neighborhood watched the house being constructed and have all told us how impressed they were with the quality of the work. His subcontractors and suppliers also all told us how lucky we were to have Garrick working on our project. When the severe winter of 2016/2017 delayed the construction start, Garrick helped us revise the schedule and did a great job of making up for lost time. We had G & S Construction build our home recently and we couldn't have hoped for a better experience. Garrick's expertise and professionalism are apparent in every aspect of the building process. He was always available via phone or text and responds promptly. The invoices and expenses were neat and organized and easy to understand. The home was built in a very timely manner and the end result was absolutely perfect. We had a couple other contractors to choose from and are so happy we went with G & S. I would confidently recommend them to anyone building a home!
