While driving on the 605 the guy driving this truck came into my lane and almost caused a collision. He then sped up and cut me off. He's going to kill someone one of these days or seriously injure them. With all the dash cams out there you would think people who drive marked company trucks would be more careful. Company really should coach the driver before he causes a wreck

One of the easiest home maintenance projects i could've done. Steven came to our residence for exterior treatment for ants and did an amazing job!
I waited to do this review because ants can be stubborn but we haven't seen a single one since he set up additional ant traps where he thought they were beginning to build a nest. He must have been spot on because we have had no problems since.
It all starts with an online inquiry or phone call. They are extremely professional and will respond as soon as they can with scheduling options. Quick, easy, effective!

We have a roof rodent problem and possible termites in the drywall and siding. I was skeptical of all 5 star rating from 200+ people. So, I contacted Southern California Pest Control and a couple of other big companies (with over 200 reviewsand highly rated). Shawn at Southern Pest control is the only one who can tell me on the phone how much it will cost. Others offer "free estimate" and swear that "nobody should be able to tell how much it costs, it could be $1,500 or several thousand". Well, a "free estimate" is never free, it at least costs me my time. Besides, So Cal’s pest control quote

We've had an unusal amount of ant farms pop up do to the heat and they invaded my kitchen and bathroom looking for water. The gal was friendly and was able to schedule someone that morning. They arrived within 2 hours and placed several plastic bait stations in the effected areas then went outside and sprayed .... haven't seen an ant since! Thank you so much for sending the Technician out!

Mike came by and checked the whole area and all possible access places. Told us what to do to get rid of our little problem which I liked. He was very nice and informative. I really liked the way Mike handle the job. No charge for the advice and told me if I didn't get anything by next week to call him back which I will do. I am hoping that we can take care of this ourselves it is always nice to know that we have a good honest person we can lean on. Again Mike thank you so much for all your help. Cypress Ca.

I signed up for service from this company in 2016
for a termite infested old mobile home. They were to write a report and treat the infested areas 4 times a year for 200.00. The last time they came they wrote the report and said they would not treat the areas because I was selling the mobile home.
The new owner did not want it rented by them and I asked for a reduction as I only got the report. They
Said I owed 225.00 regardless. The inspection took 10 minutes max and I would never recommend this company!!!

Selected Southern California Exterminators after having three exterminators bid the job. Shawn Zuelzke surveyed our house and made recommendations and pricing. The work was completed today, 2/11/19, by Bert, who was very professional, neat and detailed. Time will tell how the treatment worked in eliminating the termites, but we are comforted knowing they stand behind their work. I would highly recommend them for any termite service.

First time using Southern Calif Exterminators and it was a great experience. Ron W came to our house & was very knowledgeable and friendly he showed me the termite damage and gave us a affordable estimate on repairs and tenting the house. Ron W went above and beyond to do a great job and made sure we were completely happy with the work. I feel like the person who services our home should have a routine and I don't see a routine. The lady on the phone bank is kind, but the actual service isn't what I expect. I use Bulwurk on other homes and am 100% pleased with all areas I think my big concern is customer service and effectiveness.

We had a great experience with these guys! Ron W. came out and really eased my mind about our termites and the whole process. His knowledge and problem solving skills were exactly what we were looking for. Anybody can come tent your whole place. But it takes a true professional to really analyze the problem and come up with the right solution. The price was competitive and fair. He really went the extra mile with us and made sure he was going to solve our issue 100%. He did my moms place five years ago and she's had no problems since.

I've used So. Cal Ex for a number of years. In all that time, I've been fortunate enough to have one staff member, Erik, who knows the house and its issues. I am very comfortable with him and his assessment. He always calls ahead to confirm arrival time, is very careful about cleaning up after himself, and is able to come on Saturdays which is my preferred time. I find him to be very professional as well as personable. Thanks, Erik, you're the best, see you next year!

My parents used this company for 27 years on a yearly contract for Termites. Over the years, several methods were used to eliminate the pests and make repairs. The contract was sold to my parents with the implication that when the house was sold that nothing more then a inspection would be required to close escrow.
