I am very pleased with the work these guys do. Honestly, if you are looking for good quality glass repair then these guys are the ones you need to get the job done. On top of their top tier quality in service they have reasonable prices. I 100% recommend this company ! They never fail when I need their services, like repairing my shower doors leaving them good as new.

As with MANY yelpers, I wish I could give a zero or a "negative" star review. I had an appointment with "miguel" for 9/23/2020 at my house. I waited over a 1/2 hr. No show, no phone call. No nothing. He insisted that we meet after 1, so the appointment was set for 1:30 - again, not even a courtesy call. This "miguel" is not reliable and don't know if he is the owner, but I would NOT recommend this co. Seems so shady. There are MANY other window repair companies, and I now have a firm that is SOLID - timely showed up this AM - we are at my house - and they are

Little order gone bad.
i ordered 4 glass shelves for the shower. It started out nice, with professional advise to get tempered glazing recommendation. Price offered was very reasonable.
When 4 glass shelves were ready for pick up it appeared that the glazing was not tempered as promised it said "annnealed" on the sticker. I was told that annealed is the same as tempered. What is incorrect. Then it appeared that one shelf was not matching template size. I paid, but i told them that i have to check if the not matching shelf size. Unfortunately i could not fit it and came back to shop. From there

We changed our windows from our house, that is standing on the hill.
It was our first time changing the windows and we are so happy we picked A1 Bay Area Glass.
Starting with the first appointment, where they helped us pick the Windows that would fit our needs and finishing with the last details everything was on time as described.
But most importantly, it was clean and fast! Very professional installers. Satisified.

Hate to leave such a terrible review, but I don't know this company's issue is. We got our shower door replaced a few weeks back, which took maybe 2-3 appointments to get done, because they would not show up as promised. After the installation, there was a leak in the door, and was leaking all over my carpet. We have been trying to get this fixed, with the same issue of us making an appointment, and them not showing up, then making a new appointment. I am writing this review after the 10th bailed appointment, with our issue still unfixed and my carpet developing mold. The unprofessionalism is insane

If there is a zero star, I will choose it. I got the mirror installed about 2.5 months ago, the quality is so poor. The dots started to appeared from the back side of mirror. It's not only the quality is poor, the service is horrible. I called Miguel last week, he told me to call this Tuesday to set up an appointment for that Thursday or Friday. I called, Miguel told me to wait for him Friday form 8-noon. I called again Friday 8:30AM to ask him when he planned to come over, he told me 1-3PM. I called again 12:50PM, he said he will be from 1-3PM but don't know when yet. Now it's 4:40PM, no show

I called and had a quote made up in the same day and was told my shower doors would be installed by the next week. They NEVER CALLED! When I called them they said they had called and made an appointment with me already, they called the WRONG customer to make an appointment for MY shower doors. When they finally make it to my house 2 weeks after the quote, the doors are too big. They load up the doors again and say they will be back within the hour to install. I get a call form them 20 minutes later claiming the shower doors fell

I had rescently needed my bathroom fully remodeled due to its time for a new look, so i went with a frameless shower. I been looking around and calling a few places but none met my standard and price ranges i got were way too high for my budget. Called a1 and spoke with miguel who is very friendly and gave me a great estimate. Within a week it was complete and couldnt be happier with the results. I highly recommend them. I had bought a console table from Z-gallerie and wanted a piece of glass for it. I called around and found them to be the most reasonably priced. They also were able to get the glass ready the quickest. When the glass was ready, i called the number and spoke to a guy and he said meet me there in 20 minutes. I showed up and he was already there and loaded the glass in my car and I was on my way. I will definitely refer more people to this place. I've paid twice for things in the past. Good find!

If I could give negative stars I would! This is the WORST service I have ever received. So I call and make an appointment on 12/2 for 10:30AM on 12/7. I call Friday afternoon to confirm my appointment....confirmed. I get an email Friday night that they have an emergency and have to cancel my appointment. Ok...emergencies are understandable. So I call and rebook for the following sat at10:30AM. I call on Wed to confirm my appointment...confirmed! Sat comes along 10:40 - nobody shows! I call them and Miguel answers and says he will call Pablo who is supposed to come install my doors. No

The guy was running a little late, got stuck in the city. I called and needed the window now! I am a Realtor and the house cleaner (while cleaning the window) cracked a small crack into a bigger one. The open house is tomorrow, what to do!? Call every local window company, these guys were the only yes. It was worth the wait. Thanks guys!

I called 8 different glass/mirror companies in the Mountain View area, and A1 Bay Area Glass was the least expensive (by $200-$300). Miguel was very professional and thorough when I spoke to him on the phone to get an estimate to remove and install a 96"x42" mirror. Two hours after I called, he came to measure the mirror and gave me a written estimate (he was in the area at another job). The next day he and his son came at noon (on time), and removed the old mirror and installed the new one. They were both very efficient and friendly. I would highly recommend them!!
