Dr Smith is a joke. This guy was rude and disrespectful to me for asking questions about my neices head injury. After that I asked him to talk in the hallway to ask if I said something wrong before. He said your not her parent and shut the door in my face. I'm her caregiver so when her mom can't go I'm her guardian. Doctors shouldn't act like that he's not a professional but a cowerd. You sir are a joke. I hope he can learn how to be more successful in communicating with a concerned guardian. I'm not gonna start with he's ego.. staff was great tho.

Dr. Smith is my go to god sent!!! He has been giving me my life back for yrs now. I no longer get migraines and I go every three months never miss a month otherwise I’m right back to all the usual things that come with major migraines. 🤦♀️ . Love this doctor

I had another physician ask me, “why would you go to a plastic surgeon for cancer, why wouldn’t you go to an oncologist or dermatologist?” I said “easy, it’s my face”. The spots he had removed, you can’t even see where they were removed from. Everyone there is very professional. Dr Rick is so caring, he’s a wonderful person. He also cares for my Mother, they jab at one another as if they’re related. LOL. But she loves him too. He’s just a great guy.

First time having surgery & I couldn’t imagine going anywhere else. The staff is absolutely amazing. They always answer questions no matter how silly they might be. Dr. Smith is a very good Dr. He is very thoughtful & knows how to do his job tremendously well. He really cares about what you’re wanting & he listens to concerns. I would recommend him and his facility to anyone.
