What is submental fullness? Submental fullness is a gathering of excess fat beneath the chin, commonly known as "double chin." It can be something you've had your whole life due to genetics, or start to appear as you get older or if you gain weight. What is KYBELLA?

Dr. Pham is an expert in her craft and I appreciate that she takes a conservative approach natural looking results - it is amazing how even subtle refinements can have such an impact if you go to the right person! Be prepared to bring your money! The Groupon you purchase barely covers the actual cost of what they will charge. For me the entire visit felt more like an up charge then an actual Botox session. They even bring in the credit card machine while you're lying down for the procedure. As far as the result nothing went wrong BUT to be very honest it's been over a week and I have not noticed any improvement. I have had Botox twice before at a different facility and have always had great results. I will never return to Tre MedSpa and certainly do not recommend them.

I told them I had a Groupon. We went over pricing, gave them all of my information. I load up my newborn, get to my apt and it was a different price, because "I wasn't a new patient." In which they could have most CERTAINLY said that over the phone before I wasted half of my day! SUCH an inconvenience. Also, the front desk lady was so rude!

As a gift I got appointments for myself and my sister for dysport, both of us have had it done with an average of 24 units a visit. After meeting with the PA she suggested I had 60 units done as well as my sister who just turned 40, this was a surprise to me because it seemed like alot but we did what she recommended. We left and I had welts all over at each injection site and so did she, the girl at desk said they would go away in a few hours and they did later that night. I waited out the 4 weeks and called for a return appointment because I had no results, and the same PA stated I needed

I have been talking about dabbling in Botox for the last couple of years. Always hearing the horror stories but my husband was on Groupon and found their special. After reading some of the reviews I told him to go ahead and get it. Wow, am I so happy he did. I love the results! I still look like me but just like I took a nap in a tropical destination without a single worry for 1 year. I will never go anywhere else!

What a Beautiful salon! Had an appointment with Dr Pham, She was wonderful! First time ever there and ever getting Botox. She explained exactly how the different muscles work/are affected. I visited Tre MedSpa on a Groupon for Botox. The wait time was minimal. After I was brought back to a room, the doctor came in quickly. She was very nice and friendly. Explained all procedures available with Botox and listened to my concerns. She executed 20 units quickly and rather painlessly. This was probably the best Botox experience I've ever had. Two months later and my eyebrows are still looking good!

I received lip filler with Dr. Pham a few weeks ago, and I'm in LOVE with my lips! They are natural and plump, and everything I ever wanted. The procedure was 98% painless, which was the LAST thing I expected. I winced twice MAX. She made me feel so comfortable the entire time, and prepared me for what to expect the first week after injections. I wouldn't trust anyone else, so thank you, Dr. Pham!

7 weeks ago today i received 25 units of Botox. 8 in my forehead and 17 in my glabellar (between eyebrows) from TreMedSpa. Today i went in for a follow up appt due to the Botox being completely worn off! I have received Botox treatments before in the same areas with even less units from a different med spa and these lasted 4-5 months. My treatment from TreMedSpa only lasted 6 weeks!

I have frequented this business for manicures, pedicures, skin care products and tried botox (forehead only).
The botox lasted for about 2-3 weeks before dissolving. I was under the impression that botox lasts for at least 3 months. I went in for a touch up on the forehead and that round lasted for about the same time. The botox pricing is about $12.50 per unit

Dr. Pham is very knowledgeable and personable; made me feel comfortable within minutes of meeting her. The salon is decorated very up-date and looks beautiful. She has a nail salon on site which I intend to try out. I definitely recommend Tre MedSpa to anyone that is looking for an aesthetic lounge. Truly a gem in the Westchase area.

WARNING!!!! Please do not get Botox at Tre MedSpa. My face looks like I had a stroke. Nothing moves down the center of my forehead. Just the corners of my brows and forehead sides move which looks completely freakish My forehead lines are smooth in the center and the sides are over compensating with even deeper lines. I have done Botox for 10 years and NEVER had this happen. Go to a place that actually knows what they are doing and is in the business for more than to steal your money. There are some amazing places out there... This is not one. Please don't go through what I am.

I love everything about this place! The sitting room has the coolest lights and the people at front desk are knowledge, welcoming and calming.
Dr Pham is very professional but personable and took her time explaining what procedures she recommends and outcomes I could expect. I wanted my lip filler to give the corners a slight upturn and she nailed it. So pleased with my results and a saving up to return.

This place is wonderful! The receptionist and doctor were very kind, professional and caring. The doctor was extremely knowledgeable about the procedures and products and was very honest, she did not try to up-sell anything. I trusted her completely. I even received a thank you card on the way out since it was my first time there. This is a great place and I would highly recommend it.

I really wanted to love this place but I just can't, they really try hard to up-sell you. I wanted Kybella the Dr. told me I needed two vials and in order to see results I needed at least 2/3 treatments and I wouldn't see any results for 2/4 months. I got discouraged. I called yesterday for under eyes fillers and just by looking at the pics the lady on the phone told me I needed ONE SYRINGE per eye. I knew that wasn't possible, I wanted to do 2 syringes bc I also wanted to do my cheeks but 3 syringes was just a little too much. I ended up going somewhere else for my under eye filler
