I would give a negative rating if could. They came into my daughter's yard without permission and took items. Now they will not give them back or give her the money. They tell her if she pays them they will bring it back if shows proof she owns it. She has video proof from her security cameras. The cops refuse to do anything. She is seven months pregnant and does not need this stress. These people are thieves. I've called and the "Ron" guy is never there to talk to.

Excellent customer service, friendly and helpful people! Easy to drop off my old water heater and I like that it will be recycled instead of in a land fill.

Very courteous! I sold my old car to them today (had a cracked head block) and through the whole thing they were nothing but polite and helpful. Went quickly, as well. I called yesterday and they were ready to pick it up right away! There was no charge for pick-up since it was in town. The place is sort of out in the boonies, but they even offered to mail the check and bill of sale, so I wouldn't have even had to drive all the way out there. It's a family business as well, as one of them told me. Will be using their services again should the need arise.
