Absolutely horrible customer service. They can sell you a policy, but do NOT expect them to service it. Most agents realize their job is not only to sell a policy, but also to service it once sold.
Not the case here. The Insurance company made a mistake on my policy and calling here only got me lied to and yelled at by the lady… working the phones. Even her responses to me were denied as true statements once reaching back out to the main Progressive phone line.
This will make the second and last policy moved from this office in the past year.

Heritage Insurance did a great job for us. They were at the house right after a hurricane and made a quick assessment. The contractor they recommended, Roof X was great as was the follow-up by Jim Knowles and Joel Gallagher. The work was approved and completed expeditiously and in a very professional manner. They were responsive to questions and concerns throughout the work. We are very satisfied.
