I recently hired Eagle Eye to do an inspection on a home my husband and I are purchasing, and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone! I spoke with Mary first who was very sweet and got us scheduled quickly! James performed our home inspection and he went above and beyond what I expected. He is very knowledgeable and was very accommodating as we had a few hiccups along the way. We received our report quickly and it was very thorough! Very impressed with Eagle Eye throughout the whole process!

I hired Eagle Eye to do a home inspection on a house that I want to buy in central Tennessee. James credentials speak for themselves, his attention to the details made all the difference. Having a fair amount of experience in the construction trades myself, it was clear to me right from the word go that James knew EXACTLY what he was doing. Certainly not his first rodeo.
