John showed up on time, asked pertinent questions and made sure he understood just what I wanted done, and went to work. Within 75 minutes my computer -- which is essential for mo work-from-home job -- was back up and running perfectly. He had me sit down and go through all of the functions to make absolutely sure everything was the way I wished, and assured me that he guaranteed all of his work. If there was a problem, all I had to do was call him.
