The residential estimator was very nice, during the estimate he mentioned not expecting much out of his installation guys. The manager who scheduled the install and took payment was also very nice. The installation guys is where it fell apart, they weren't nice, they didn't clean up after themselves, the work is a C at very best. I would not suggest Hercules to friends or family.

I scheduled an appointment to have fencing installed and the sales person showed up on time and provided a quote via email the same day. I had black chain link along the back and side of the property and decorative 6ft black aluminum on the sides of the house with gates installed. The price was reasonable for the amount of work. The price included the fence, concrete, labor, and clean up of the yard and removal. I had to contact the administrative person and the sales person multiple times to make sure I had an install date etc... which was annoying. The crew that installed the fence was less impressive

I've hired these guys twice to build two fences at two different houses. The first time, they did a fine job, it was cheaply done, but I knew that I was going for a bargain fence. Their prices are cheap, but you get what you pay for. The second time we hired them, we went for something a little different/more complicated... they screwed up the job a few times and then kept doing little cheapo things like: They used the wrong size door hinges, and only used two of them, so the door immediately sagged. It took them almost an entire year to fix things, and even then, they did not fix all
