Bray Tay is a young new hip hop artist with Kestown. He was horribly abused as a toddler and later was a special needs student who was bullied throughout his elementary and middle school days. Bray Tay has worked hard to overcome innumerable odds and is now working diligently to create a successful writing and recording career with a dream of giving back to the community.
