Great service and IT support! My first experience with On Call was when we brought them on to help support a stand-up of a local independent radio station with a super aggressive timeline. There was a lot that had to be done in a little bit of time and Mike and the On Call team were with us every step of the way. They had everything up ahead of time and were there for support long after. They always provided an awesome level of support and were always only a phone call away. I highly recommend this service if you have a small business and need strong and efficient IT support.

It has been a number of years back about (10?) and a new personal computer was needed for home and club accounting using MS office software. I Had to upgrade and learn new operating of updated software.
This was made very easy working with their employees and even taking two house calls to assist me in getting everything running and doing the same jobs as before but doing it a different way. Their help and input has been outstanding.

I own an IT Firm 7 hours away and worked with On Call on a challenging and time sensitive project and to be blunt... I am blown away. Very... VERY few IT firms impress me... these guys are the real deal! Not just because they are at the top of their professional game but also because of their extreme customer service, processes and genuine caring.
I can't recommend them strongly enough!

On Call helps manage the IT for our busy real estate office and does a fantastic job. We have purchased a phone system through them, they manage our website and internet marketing, and they manage all of our IT for us. We also purchase all of our computer equipment through them and they always have great prices and very friendly customer care. We have been very satisfied with our experience working with them.

They provide me with data backup, computer repair, remote IT Support, website hosting, email hosting, and lot of other great technology services. Michael and the staff at On Call Computer Solutions are extremely professional. They have been extremely helpful with my creation of a largely web-based business. They greatly improved on my original site, building a new website with many factors in mind that I had not even considered. There expertise went beyond "just building a website". It was important to them to design and build a website that was not only professional, but also very effective.
