Worst experience ever for our bathroom glass door. I have never posted a review before thats how bad this was people. They were almost 2 weeks late and just ignored our inquiry and said it will be delivered when its delivered and if its broken or whatever the case is its final and we still have not received anything. He then walked into the back room and left the lobby apparently done with the conversation. Worst customer service ever. I payed top dollar because they said they would have it done in the time frame we needed. Now my contractor has another job and i am eating the loss for their terrible

I think it’s funny because a review from 2 days ago sounds like the exact issue I just had. If I could rate this company zero I would. It took almost a month of going back and fourth with this company to try to get the glass panel on my patio door replaced just for them to tell me that they couldn’t do it. First appointment was rescheduled because the tech called in sick, next the tech came out and said he couldn’t do it, then they sent another tech out who didn’t even bring the glass with him.
I think they forgot about my appointment in general.

I wanted to add customized storm windows to my front windows and contacted Capital City Glass. I explained my project to Dave and he provided ideas and very helpful ways to complete this task. No one could be more helpful, professional, or courteous. With his insights and help, the project went far more smoothly than I thought possible. I needed some custom pieces of glass cut for a DIY aquarium sump I was building. All 12 of the pieces were cut to my exact specifications. They were all packaged safely and neetly for me when I went to pick everything up. I will definitely be back fir any future glass projects. Friendly staff and great prices for what I needed. 1/4 inch plate glass with sanded edges.
