This summer will be our first rental season with Keefe. Last year, when we decided to rent our lakefront home, Kim Yopp, Director of Keefe Rentals, and her assistant Terri, were very helpful to us in making the necessary preparations. Both are very knowledgable about the community, market and applicable regulations. They also were very responsive and when, on occasion, Kim could not answer my questions, she connected me with Stephen Beers, President of Keefe Real Estate, who was able to answer my questions and address my concerns. Keefe Rentals has managed our property for 6 years now. They have done well in screening the guests and providing excellent families and groups that have used our lake home for everything from 50 and 60 yr wedding Anniversaries to various family reunions. Since our home is large we mostly have multiple families as guests. Most guest stays go very smoothly. When there are issues with broken items or anything Keefe is very responsible and handles the repairs and any urgent items promptly. We decided in 2014 to rent out our beautiful home for one month in 2015 and selected Keefe to handle the project. We did so after checking the reputation of Kim Yopp and Keefe which came out very positive so we enlisted her service. We are very pleased with our choice and would recommend her to anyone.

Do not recommend. The property was ok, but the customer service was horrendous. We were in Lake Geneva for a wedding and were staying with another couple. My wife and one of the other couple were in the bridal party, and when we got the final schedule for the wedding a couple days in advance, we realized that they would have to get ready before the standard check-in time of 4pm, so I called to see if we could check in a bit early. I was told that this was impossible as there was a group checking out late at 1pm and the cleaning service would be at the unit until 4. This was a lie, as I went to

Want to turn your home into a vacation rental? Forget about Keefe. I talked to Kim Yopp at Keefe Vacation Rentals, supposedly the 'director' there. She told me wonderful things, that my home would be perfect for a vacation rental, got me all excited, promised to follow up with more info and get things rolling. The result? Never heard from her again. And worse, I lost my wonderful tenant because he thought for sure I was turning it into a vacation rental and moved out! A friend of mine who owns a real estate company there was talking to a woman who recently bought a 4 million dollar mansion on Lake
