Scott's Marine was formed in 2007 for the express purpose of servicing boats and engines for the Gulf Coast market area. Called several different boat dealers to ask a basic question about an electrical issue and not a single person would help. Finally called Scott Marine, the gentleman I spoke with actually went out of his way to help with the issue over the phone. After working on the issue for a week (new boat owner) he had it sorted out in 10 minutes! If I have any issues with the boat I will driving that extra time to go to a place with OUTSTANDING customer service! Thank you again!

Buying my first boat. I have done a lot of research and been to almost every boat shop in the panhandle florida and alabama. Before i went in there i spoke to them 3 or 4 times on the phone and they were more helpful to me on the phone than most dealerships i been to in person. Went the following day these guys were great, i picked what i wanted now waiting for it. I look forward to bugging them with nonsense for years to come. Great people. Deserving of everyones business.

Very professional and extremely knowledgeable group of guys. I was told they were good from a friend and I wasn’t disappointed. I would recommend Scott’s Marine to anyone. No marine repairs are cheap, that why it’s so important to have professionals work on your vessel. They showed me several items on my boat motor that could break at any time , that I had no clue about. In the long run they saved me money.

Well... boat number 2 and again Scott's did a fantastic and quick turn around on getting us back onto the water. Super impressive how the owner takes the time to inform about what needs done and makes it happen. I stood around and watched other customers while paying my bill and picking up the boat.. they all seem to feel the way I do.. family type environment and friendly staff and comfortable with the trust factor and service. I'll always be a customer for sure.

My purchase experience was excellent. Mr. Cooper my salesperson was extremely knowledgeable about the boat I was interested in as well as the rest of their product lines.
The real shining star at Scott's Marine is their service after the sale. While my service needs have been minimal they are always customer focused and customer satisfaction is their goal.
