Your eye care is an important part of your overall health care. At our practice we strive to offer our patients the highest quality vision care and service. Each of our staff members are professionally trained to assist you in making informed decisions about what products and procedures will best benefit you and your individual eye care needs.
Dr. William Warren Robinson is board certified by the American and Georgia Optometric Associations in both diagnostic and therapeutic eye care. Specializing in testing to determine the health of the ocular tissue. Dilation is a routine portion of your exam to evaluate the health of not just the cornea, but also the optic nerve and retina.
Traci began her career in optometry 6 years ago as our Front Desk and Office Assistant. Since starting, she has become the insurance specialist for the office and can answer almost any question about insurances that you have. She assists on the optical floor and helps our patients with whatever needs are necessary.
Our office hours are Monday through Friday from 9 A.M. to 5 P.M. Please be advised your appointment time is not finalized until you receive confirmation from our staff. We will do our best to accommodate your schedule. If you have a health emergency contact your nearest emergency care facility immediately or call 911.

I usually don't write reviews but I was very pleased with the eye appointment at Wilkes Eye Center today. The staff was very professional from the sign in, to the pre-examination, to the Doctor's exam, to the assistance with picking out my glasses. Thank you Wilkes Eye Center the experience was as good as any big town optometrist appointment I ever had. ***** T Edwards

The clerk's think they are medically trained & the office mgr is extremely rude!! She doesn't see the need or urgency that affects individuals differently. The only reason they are rated high by others is they are in a tiny Town where people don't want to travel for better service and medical care and attention. These clerk's & office mgr should be fired but I doubt others depending on their desperate service will share the truth!!!
