With over 20 years of family-run service at our Revere location, Bob's Auto Body has had the opportunity to give our customers everything they're looking for when they need cosmetic repair, collision repair, and refinishing. As you may remember, I recently had my Mercury Milan repaired at your shop. You also may recall my car because it had Ohio license plates. After living in Ohio my entire life, I decided to move to MA for a new job. You can imagine the anxiety that comes with moving to a new place and not really knowing anyone, On top of that within my first six months I was involved in my first auto accident ever, which just added to the stress.

This is the shop best in the area. Bob and the team do a wonderful job top to bottom and make the customer experience a great one. I would recommend this shop for any work you need done to your vehicle.

Took my 2018 Dodge Durango in for an insurance claim. Small dent on rear door. They handled all paperwork with the insurance company and had the car back to me in one day! (It really was a small dent) On top of all that, the door looks exactly the same as it did before the dent. I can't see any differences in color anywhere in any light. Will absolutely use their services again next time. (Although I hope there isn't a next time!) :)

Their work is magnificent, it looks like nothing ever happened to the car. Their customer service is spectacular,I was greeted humbly,which always helps with the stress of having a car being dropped off at the shop and felt less stress. I was let by a single day but was allowed to drop of my car nonetheless and helped with the ordering of the rental car service. I was called the day the car was completed and was able to pick it up in less than a week.

My wife and son were hit from behind in our new car. My insurance company recommended Bob's, and I'm so glad that they did! They took care of everything, even helped us with coordinating the rental car process. They got the car done way sooner than expected, and it looked amazing! They even cleaned the inside when they were done, which was very unexpected. I've got an older car that needs new paint, and I'm definitely going back to them. I'm extremely satisfied with their customer service!!!

I LOVE this place. This is how all businesses should be run. I was greeted with a smile. They had taken care of all the paperwork before I arrived and made arrangements for the car rental place to come get me. I went into Bob’s for two small scratches on the lower part of my front bumper, which was on both sides and very noticeable and ugly to me. I was greeted by a lovely young man named Abraham who began to assess the damage and offer solutions, Bob himself (the owner) came out to greet me and he jumped right in alongside Abraham to come up with the best possible solution for my bumper repair. Absolutely fantastic experience here. They typically seem to do dents and scratch repairs however I walked in and said I wanted my hood completed repainted and they looked at me like I have three heads of course! But they did it and it came out absolutely perfect. Extremely friendly environment and they don’t screw you in price at all. Recommending this place to all my friends!

The crew here is what I would want in a body shop: timely, honest, and professional. They’re work is better the competition in the area. They take their craft seriously. They understood that not having my car was an inconvenience and gave me updates without feeling put out every time I called. My car was like brand new; cleaned and vacuumed, the whole nine... there is a lot of shady competition out there...don’t hesitate to use these guys.
