Currently rating a 1 because like someone else recently said, I feel like this is a huge scam. I only moved 4 hours away yet it's going on almost 2 weeks without my items. My poor child and I have been sleeping on an air mattress in an empty apartment. I'm grateful for a job that understands, but I shouldn't be starting a new job wearing workout clothes because I wasn't notified the delivery would be this long. I contact them almost daily and half the time cannot get a hold of anyone and when I am lucky to actually reach someone, I keep getting a run around. I'd just like

I appreciated that I was able to get ahold of them after after writing my first review and get some answers. Turns out the carrier was a subcontractor of them (so yes, I was double subcontracted) and their truck broke down "somewhere... probably Utah." I am told it is a significant repair and to expect further waits.
While the truck breakdown is not their fault, how I didn't find out about my truck breaking down on Monday(?) until I pestered them on Thursday afternoon is.

Garry and Sam just helped us move from a basement apartment to a second floor apartment. They somehow managed to get our giant sectional couch in and out with no problems. Everything arrived in perfect condition and they worked fast and efficiently. Great price for the hard work they put in. We never would have been able to do this without them. I highly recommend this company!!!!
