Mold is typically the result of a water leak or damp environment. A serious mold infestation often starts in the roof cavity or the walls from an unseen water leak in parts of the home. Once mold starts to stain your ceiling and walls, it already has a major foothold on your property. Furthermore, it is important to have a certified mold inspection performed before the purchase of any home or property.

Steve provided us a very detailed explanation of the pros and cons of using his services with true candor that built trust in his opinion right off the bat. Steve was helpful and accessible and responsive in providing everything we needed to buy a house from out of state trusting his expertise to inspect it for us before purchase. Shortly after this I was repairing a leaking pipe under my crawl space and noticed old termite damage along several sections of the sill plate that left it weak and crushed leaving the house in danger structurally. If he was able to see and state thatthe bolts were properly fastened in his report then he would not have missed the crushed sill plate. He could have easily seen
