Preemie-Yums was started in 1988 to serve the market need for preemie clothing. Lisa Purkerson, owner and designer, created the initial products for Nordstrom which sought a manufacturer who could produce better fitting clothing than the larger newborn sizing that was standard in the marketplace for the time.
Parents wanted a better fit and we helped fill that niche. Over the years we have expanded the line to include accessories and added 3 sizes of newborn for a fit up to 6 months. In addition to producing our own lines we welcome private labeling for your own exclusive preemie clothing line. With our custom offerings of fabrics you can design a look perfect for your own clientele.

Services
What is the turnaround time for receiving an order? We are custom cut and production requires a 2-3 week turnaround before shipping and depends on the size of the order. What if I see a fabric I like on a particular product and it is not listed as a choice for ordering? Many of our styles are only shown "as is" in the photo.
Annually we donate product or offer larger quantity discounts to foundations who support premature births. If you have a need or would like to make a request for a donation or discount please contact the office for consideration. Do you have a favorite local NICU? If so for only $100 we will send a gift package (valued at $120) in your name to a hospital of your choice as a thank you for your care received.
By placing an order with Preemie-Yums you are committing to take delivery of this order and complete payment for the production. Orders may be cancelled if we are contacted within 10 days of placing the order. If product arrives damaged or is otherwise not acceptable then we will do our best to replace the item or exchange it for like product.
