Within a month using the trailer, I spent over $2200 for repairs. I mentioned to Nathan about the tire inflammation light that was on when I was picking up the trailer, he said it was because the tires have been sitting there for too long. 1 month later I ended up paying over $2200 on repairs. The tire almost caught on fire and the cargo that I was hauling almost went to flame. When I called Nathan about it, he said it’s not warranted and offered to buy the trailer from me instead of helping me to cover me the expenses so he can make more money about it. Purchased 2 reefers from this company. Overall wasn't too terrible but my issue is with their Chicago,IL location. They had over a month to get them ready but when I came to pick them up nothing was done. Trailers still had original decals and plates and some minor stuff on the inside wasn't fixed. Now, I had to pay layover to my drivers and also I was promised by Anthony (salesman) to get truck wash coupons and never got them.

What a great team of people to work with!! I have bought 2 trucks with Pedigree now and would never go anywhere else. They take excellent care of their fleet and stand behind their sales. I cannot tell you how much money I have saved buying from a reputable company. DO NOT IMAGINE SAVING A COUPLE THOUSAND DOLLARS ELSEWHERE GETS YOU A BETTER DEAL. You will end up paying for it later.
