WARNING!!! This place is the pits!!! I made reservations 2 months ago. The Park called me 6 weeks later and asked to move me to a different site, I said that would be fine. When we arrived there the owner had moved us again into a different site that was way to small for our RV. The owner is a horrible person. Many vagrants live in the Park. Its completely trashed!!

We stayed here for a month and really enjoyed ourselves. Maria in the office was really nice and helpful and we got to meet Johnson and visit for a little bit, he is a very soft spoken, kind gentleman. The campground is kinda close to the highway, but we got used to it and didn’t mind. I actually loved it by the end of the month. The sound helped me sleep better. The sites have full hookups and are big rig friendly. They also have a nice little hot tub with warm water and was very clean, and a place to wash your car or rv! Very happy with their amenities and would definitely go back again, and

Nice people. The owner is very helpful. Staff is too. Many pull-thru's. Full hookups. Right where you want to be in Quartzsite. Activities, small pool, donuts some mornings. Many sites have post fencing between them which is great. How about a free pressure wash for your vehicle? Long term? There is a ramp to drive on to change your oil. I enjoyed my three times I have stayed there.

I planned on staying here again this year because I have friends that stay, this would have been my third year. After getting to town and seeing the condition of the park I asked for a refund of my deposit or to be able to use it toward a month stay in the spring and was told they would get back to me. I heard today I would be forfeiting my deposit of $269. and that's fine, but I'm going to explain why I chose not to stay. This park has become one of the biggest slums in Quartzsite in the last 3 years. There are many trailers/ homes that should be torn down, pulled out, cleaned up and some are

The staff was very nice to me, owner friendly and helpful. I enjoyed my stay there.
I love the hot tub and convenience of the laundry.
This was the first time I owned a travel trailer and knew very little. I was there through last years brutal summer alone. The maintenance man and guest helped me put in a air conditioner and educated me on my trailer. I am very grateful since I was alone and didnt know anyone.

Showers are basic but clean, laundry area is not visually appealing but the equipment works.
Fruit trees on the property that you are welcome to pick. We picked several small grapefruit and had them for breakfast, nice treat.

I was a snowbird here for three years and then spent my first full year through the summer this year. The residents are kind, inviting and deserve a safe place to reside. If you are staying less than a week, you should have no problems as the short-term spots are clean and away from the full time resident area. When I first started coming, the place had a few cluttered places, but overall the fruit trees were beautiful and the park was well-kept. Over the course of four years, I have watched an old park become a slum. The roads are filled with potholes and large gravel making it difficult and unsafe
