I'm Talibah, the office manager at our practice. The most important part of my job is to have fun with our patients and help them feel comfortable! I love to act silly sometimes, and that helps people smile. I'm an orthodontic assistant in our practice. I love getting to know our patients throughout their treatment.

The worst quality of work I have ever seen. The brackets unglued on the first day without my child even had a piece of food in the mouth. The office's response was that could only be caused by child chewing something hard and I have to pay to fix it all. My child did not eat at all and the brackets broke off. The receptionist is terribly rude and pushing you to sign the contract before explaining you all the details and definitions. This office is a scam. Do not use it!
P.S. Despite of my negative experiences with the office's front desk, I would like to note that the doctor's manners were impeccable

My daughter loves coming to Ardsley Orthodontics. Dr. Fader is always so gentle and explains every step. In one year my daughter's teeth got aligned beautifully. From the receptionist to all the dental assistants, the whole staff is professional, sweet and fun. The rewards program is exciting for the kids. I also love that Dr. Fader is very fair and reasonable with the cost of orthodontic work. We recommend Ardsley Orthodontics to all our friends

My teeth are looking GREAT already and there is NO PAIN! I had braces before and it was one of the WORST experiences of my life! This time is AMAZING! Dr. Fader and the staff are ALWAYS pleasant and professional. They make each patient feel like they are the only ONE! The office is always clean and neat! I especially love the Warner Bros. photos on the walls :)
