I’m from Boston and did not buy here. I had an issue with one of the panes and it was questionable on whether it was covered under warranty or not. They replaced the pane with no questions asked under warranty. Now that’s what customer service is all about. Well done

This is the second time I have dealt with Distinctive Window Tinting. They have been wonderful from every aspect of the experience.
Starting with the receptionist in both my experience they made the appointment process very easy and was able to answer all my questions quickly.
Next the waiting room was clean and quiet with the drinks options offered.
The tint work itself was installed perfectly, using a high quality product and no mess to speak off.
I would highly recommend Distinctive Window Tinting to anyone who is looking for a high quality tint applied professionally in the Naples area

I have had several vehicles tinted at Distinctive. They are top notch. They are usually pretty busy but always get us in quickly, do a great job, and get us down the road in very good time. They never try to up sell me and the only time that I had a warranty issue, it was handled flawlessly.
I would recommend them 1000 percent.

Called up and spoke to Jerrica ( sp? ) , I had a lot of questions as this was my first time dealing with darker tint in my car here in Naples as we don't need it in NJ that much. However, She was very patient and knowledgeble. Her Customer service was super professional and she answered all my questions. I Made an appointment to get my new 2020 VW Tiguan's windows fully tinted a week later. Showroom was small but clean . Free wifi while you wait was clutch. The car was fully tinted within 2 hours , job was clean and professional. I got air 80 on windshield, 15 Stratos all around and 30 Pinnacle
