Damon is my number one "go-to" person when it comes to tech support and even areas outside technology I know I can ask his opinion first. He responds knowing I am waiting and that time is money, including my time. His knowledge base stretches far and wide and something I consider invaluable are work-around solutions for me to be able to continue to work even though a process may not even yet be available. I personally think he goes above and beyond, a work ethic hard to find these days.
