The store was founded by Shelley Genova, who brings over 25 years of small business ownership/retail experience to her venture, La Ti Da Boutique.
The first store in Poland, Ohio opened in 2007 with humble beginnings, and as the years went by, the business flourished. Be sure to stop by often, as the inventory is ever-changing, as is the style of the store! Shelley loves to reinvent and redecorate the store often.

Went to find a cute fall type outfit, walked in the store with my friend, never once the workers said hello or welcome. Was never asked if there was something I was looking for or need any type of assistance. By the time I found an item to purchase, the gals working the register kept on with their personal conversations with the customers in front of me for well over 15minutes as if I was never standing there in line. They never said we will be with you in a moment never once acknowledged I was ever there. Then, once I got to the counter to make my purchase, I asked if they offered military discount

I love nothing more than to support women owned businesses. What I won't support is a vicious boss who does nothing but tear her employees down. I have been in this boutique a couple of times, but last Tuesday was the last time I'll ever be in there. The owner, Shelley, was talking very poorly about a girl who had worked her last shift earlier that day. She was telling other customers her life business, how she "runs from relationships" and how she's running from the job too. Completely inappropriate. What a horrible experience. When I walked in, the owner was there with 2 sales girls just chit chatting. Not one person acknowledged me or said anything to me. I carried around quite a few sweaters and never was helped by anyone. When I was in the dressing room, once again, no offer of any help. I had planned to purchase 3 sweaters but ultimately decided against due to the horrible horrible horrible customer service. I will never go in that boutique again. I would advise anyone else to find another boutique to shop in unless you do not have a problem with overall bad manners and worse than bad

Was once a regular customer...spending $100's and $100's in Shelly's store. She would be up my butt when I walked in, helping me choose outfits. I got divorced & shared that info with her. She knew my financial situation changed. Since then she will not SPEAK to me when I walk in unless I make effort and speak to her first. Although I am able to afford her clothing and like the brands, I will not shop there again.
I'm addition, Molly, her dog with the ear piercing bark, does not stop barking in the store. Annoying.

The owner is only nice to you if you buy a lot there......they are not cheap either! Over the years, I've bought at least $1,500.00 worth of merchandise there but they don't sell Brighton jewelry any more so I hadn't gone in there for awhile but when I did, I was long forgotten n was practically invisible! The sales girls are very nice tho.

I can speak for myself and 10 other friends or acquaintances how horrible the customer service is in this store. The owner Shelly is down right rude. She degrades customers, she has no personality and is not friendly at all. We will never spend another dollar in this store. I am a director of operations fir a very successful company that prides ourselves on GREAT customer service which is what brings the customers back again and again.

Visited for the first time a week ago. I arrived just minutes before the store was to close. The staff was very welcoming and did not rush me at all. In fact, they went out of their way to encourage me to take my time. They showed me around the store and pointed out some unique items. Great customer service! I purchased a great piece of jewelry. Thanks, I'll be back!
