This place is highly unprofessional. I had them replace a windshield. I was not satisfied with the service when I asked for the manager I was told "he's not here". However, from sitting down in their waiting area it was evident who the manager/owner was he came out himself a few times. It was obvious that he didn't want to see me or hear my feedback. If you're going to run a business you should be open to client feedback that's the responsibility of A MANAGER/OWNER to listen to your customers. Overall I do not recommend this place if you go in and have an issue with

Amazing customer service! My rear view windshield scattered on New Year’s Day and Aaron’s Glass was able to fit me in for an appointment two days after the incident. They quoted me $125 for parts and labor (what a deal!!) when Safelite was going to charge me $450. What a rip off! I would highly recommend Aaron Glass for a good deal, a wonderful job, and excellent customer service. I’ll definitely be back and refer all my friends to them!

Aaron Glass been the place I've chosen to put my windows and Windshields since the early nineties believe it or not I've never had a complaint and if I did they always kept it professional...I remember when they only had one Building and look how far they have come.. I had to book an emergency appointment to replace my windshield for the next morning. This was really easy to do through text, even after they were closed for the day!
I brought my truck in as soon as they opened and the staff were very attentive and helpful. They had me in and out in just 45 minutes!
Overall, I was blown away by the price and speedy service. I will definitely be back if I need their services again!

Had my windshield replace couple weeks ago ... yeah it maybe be cheap / good price but you pay what you get . No refund / no responsibility . none of my clips on windshield were not put in correctly, Mirror sensor black case , broken then put back horrible, weather strip folded under the windshield instead on top , to let the water run . Broken glass in the car... they left the arm rest, doors and dash dirty ... just spend the extra money or find a better shop

Wow! i had such a good experience here! My back windshield completely scattered in my bmw x5 and i was able to walk in (as long as it's before 2pm) and get the service done that same day. The cost was half of what other places wanted to charge me.

So I got my windshield replaced and they did a great job with it except for the fact they placed my rear view mirror in the middle of my windshield and proceeded to say it came like that. Now I've been pulled over for it being an obstruction of view so they agreed to move it but they said they couldn't remove the black stick from the glass. They can remove stickers and everything else but you're telling me you can't remove a sticker for the windshield? I won't be coming here again. I spent 180 just for them to mess up the windshield and say they can't do nothing to

The windshield that they replaced broke the next day.
I payed hundreds of dollars.
They refused to replace. I payed twice and then that windshield broke.
I called to speak to the owner and he was shady and wound not get on the phone.
I lost $600 and had to go to another business.
They are shady and unprofessional!

They attempted to reach out again and unbelievably rude AGAIN, the worst service in my entire experience with just a window replacement. Carla then wrote "There is always room for improvement. You are absolutely correct. That is why we always follow up with our customers. Again, thank you for your feedback. Have a good day."

I got my windshield replaced. When I took the tape off their was a gash on my car under the tape. I went back over there and asked for a manager. Melo came out and said he was the manger. He went to ask the guy that did it and said he told him it was an accident. So he covered it instead of letting me know the day he did it. AND guess what, Melo is NOT the manager. So he lied.
This is not good business. Accidents happen, but you don't cover it expecting me not to see it. Had to waste my time and my gas to go back. I definitely will NOT take any of my cars to them.

This is not first time here but I'm always impressed how good they are
In the past I had them fix my wife's car windshield while I was at work and they came out to my house and fix it on the spot so I didn't have d to take off my work

So I woke up this morning notice my fiancee's truck was damaged not noticing my car was damages. I took it to this place with the one hour both of our cars were fixed. Couldn't get any help from the police station, insurance company want us to wait and to we get a claim number but nevertheless this company took care of us sensational place to do business with. Jesse to technician was very helpful and the ladies up front at the front desk what more can I say thank you guys.

We were quoted $60 and an hour on the phone. When we arrived, it was actually $62 ($2? Who cares?) and around 45 minutes of waiting? So all in all, it was a hit! There's a second waiting room so I got to watch whatever TV I wanted (thank you Law and Order!). I only wish there was some type of heat in the room.
They have a 90 day warranty!
