I got my eyebrows (powder ombre) done here. Theresa is extremely meticulous about her work! The place is beautiful, clean, smells good, and gives off relaxing vibes. I've looked at other places that offer these services, but nobody comes close to her work, with how symmetrical, and perfectly shaped she makes her clients' brows! She is very patient, continuously checked with me to see if there were any corrections I wanted her to make, and used the perfect shade for me. I get complimented on my brows CONSTANTLY! Definitely the best, and I will always go to her for touch ups and any other service

My eyebrows were waxed extremely thinner than my original shape. I explained I wanted only a clean up and specifically not to have my brows any thinner. I had a nice shape going on and now I am left with thin brows. I am so upset. Also, one of the tails of my eyebrows is left extremely sparse. I don't understand why this is okay after I explained I just wanted a clean up and not to change the shape. I left with a completely different shape than I walked in with. I ran to buy a bottle of coconut oil to hope they regrow.
