Kelly is a licensed pesticide applicator and operator in the states of Oregon and Washington. He oversees all aspects of the business including compliance and technical training. Kelly is laser-focused on leading the company in a way that is in keeping with his grandfather's and father's focus on the customer.
In his spare time Kelly enjoys exploring and rockcrawling in the jeeps with his family and participating in his children's sports activities. Holli is the "Voice of the Company" and rightfully so. Kelly and his team did a fantastic job for me last year and earlier this year. His thoroughness, professionalism, and quality of work left a good impression in my mind.
1. Last year I had a really bad carpenter ant problem. He explained to me exactly how he intended to treat it, and how carpenter ants spread their colonies (some develop wings and can fly). He explained what I could expect and even explained how the chemical he uses is safe for pets and kids!
2. Earlier this year, I called Shrum's again to help, this time for squirrels that were burrowing in my attic.

I was in search of a pest control company for a real estate transaction. I used Yelp to find someone reputable. I had another company and also Shrum's come up for a suggestion. James got back to me right away. The other company, 3 days later. James got the job done quickly, effectively and with reasonable rates. I will use Shrum's whenever needed in the future and would recommend to anyone needing this service!
