My wife had revision rhinoplasty with Dr. Kassir two weeks ago. We had read some of the negative reviews on Yelp but our experience was the complete opposite. He is just as incredible of a doctor as he is a person. He fit us in for a consult immediately and was able to schedule my wife's surgery rather soon. We saw 4 other top doctors in NYC previously but decided to proceed with Dr. Kassir after meeting him in person. He had that artistic gift we were looking for. Got my surgery done here and I have to say Horrible customer service, the desk lady is always In a hurry , never explains anything , what bother me a lot is the miss communication between them , always asking you for stuff you already done , that added more stress to me , another big problem is dr kassir , he doesn't pay attention to what you say or what you want , iv seen him on my pre op and explained what I wanted with details , and the day of surgery 30 mn before he came to see me and said ok what are we doing here ? Left me in shock and fear , he didn't know what he came to do

I don't know who these people are on here saying he does a botched job and is money hungry . I am very happy with everything.Had a little
issue with someone i was dealing with but i guess it was all due to my stress level .He saw me the next day after surgery on a Saturday and was very helpful and it's been four days and i'm already loving the results . He is the real deal !

My rhinoplasty journey commenced 4 years ago. I waited a very long time to do my nose and spent a lot of time doing extensive research to find what I thought was the perfect doctor. After tons of research, I selected "instagram" fame, and surgeon to the reality stars, Dr. Kassir.
I explained to Dr. Kassir I wanted my profile touched up a bit, to make my nose smaller and a tip revision for my bulbous nose. He insisted I didn't need my bridge touched since I did not have a bump. I explained how I waited a very long time to get my nose done and I just wanted the bridge slightly refined
