For starts they charge you for everything, you can ask for short nails and they will charge you for long. If there is an issue they are very unprofessional. If a customer comes in and says they are not satisfied with a service the proper thing to do is to respect that opinion ( esp. if they came and spoke nicely). I called ahead to let them know I was not satisfied with my service from the day before. It was rushed and I did not like my design. They told me to come in and they would fix it. Went and got my lashes done lash fell off in a day after they charged me an arm and a leg to put it on. Was not willing to fix . Lost a customer !! Asked for the manager first the girl told me it was a man and he was not there I asked his name she said he doesn’t like ppl telling his name then she said it was a lady name Sarah. A lot of bs they lost a customer.

Took my girls and mother in law, it wasn’t that clean when I looked around. They didn’t seat us together and my girls’ polish was off by the next morning. They also did not push the cuticles back on my girls’ nails so there was a huge gap. Paid a LOT for terrible quality and not that great of an experience.

Do not come to New York Nails in the mall. The technician was rude and did a terrible job on my nails. I left and within 30 minutes two of the acrylic tips were chipped. I called and they were very nice about fixing the nails for free but when I arrived they wanted to give me the same technician that clearly doesn't know what he is doing or make me pay for another full set for someone else to do it. Unacceptable when you pay this type of money to have your nails done.

My daughter and I went here for a pedicure and she got acrylic nails also. The service provide felt rushed. The lady that did my daughter toes kept stopping to check her phone and Apple Watch. She also splashed polish on my daughter leg somehow. We both got gel polish and the polish come off 3 of my toes by the end of the night. The nail tech did do a great design on my daughter nail but did clean up the acrylic from around her nails very well. Also another customer came back while we were there with a complaint of her polish chipping off. They had her waiting so long just to get it fixed that

This place is awful. I went in looking for a new nail tech being that my previous one has retired. from the moment I walked in I was greeted rudely and had my concerns and requests ignored. They did not even bother to match the color of my toes and my nails. They missed a finger on my daughters finger. To make everything worse my nails did not even last me through THE NIGHT. NEVER have I ever had such a terrible experience in my life.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY! Deformed acrylic nails. Chipped 30minutes after leaving. Beyond rude when coming back immediately to have it fixed. Manager is unprofessional with zero clue of customer service. I even offered to PAY to have it fixed and there was no accountability or apology for the inconvenience. While I was trying to ask them to fix their mistake 2 other customers were also coming back with problems from broken nails to eyebrows being messed up. There are hundreds of nail salons in Greenville so do yourself a favor and go somewhere else!!

Would give 0 stars if I could. An absolute JOKE of a nail salon. $20 for a manicure that looks like this. Repeatedly laughed and talked about me for getting a regular manicure while I was at the table and then again when I checked out. All the employees are NASTY including the front desk girl. Cannot believe I ever wasted my time or money here for the worst manicure/experience I've ever had. Hope people read this before they do the same.

They did a good job on my nails but I guess they get anyone to do your pedicure. I paid $42 for my gel toenails to peel off a few days later. I got them done on the 24th and the gel polish came off not even a week later. The girl that did my pedicure also did it in a short amount of time so I had a feeling it wasn't right. I have came to them a few times before & I have noticed that they get amateurs to do pedicures.

My very first time going to NY nails and it was the worst experience I've ever had. There's no reason to spend bout $100 for fill-in, pedi & brows and not be completely happy. My polish peeled off the very next day. Went back to get it re-polished to only have to go back the following day because 2 more nails were peeling. Look at my nails yesterday the same nail i had re-polished the 1st time guess what?! its peeling again. The girl that did my brows I had to tell her to fix it. Came here with a friend to get a pedicure after a long week. I chose the basic and she offered the gel, after i said no she started being extremely rough with my toes and legs. cut me twice and blamed it on my skin being "thin". pedicure was overall rushed and not well done. another worker noticed that I was bleeding and it wasn't until then that someone else put something on my toe to stop the bleeding. don't come here, save money and go somewhere else!!

Will not be going back to this place again. Told the women at the front exactly what my friend and I wanted. Communication was poor because the nail tech painted my friends nails when she wanted them dipped. When my friend said something about it the nail tech got an attitude. When it came to my nails they didn't do the cuticle and cut them shorter than I wanted. Also paint was just messy and I was being rushed away. Took a total of 20 min. This is a place that you are in and out and if your expecting them to take a good amount of time so your nails look good then don't go here. Lesson learned

Do NOT go here. Horrible experience. I went in and asked to do the manicure & pedicure combo ($48) with gel on my toes (+$10) and they told me I could do it. I go sit in the chair to get a pedicure and the old man with glasses tells me I can't do what I'm trying to do. After I explained what the lady upfront told me he said no. So I go for the gel pedicure ($42) and decide not to get a manicure. The entire time of my service he is so rough. I came out of there sore. Nicks on my toes and what feels like bruises on my shins. Not to mention he messed up my polish. Very half-a$$ed. I

I went yesterday to take my tips and sns off (done by another nail salon that I love but were too busy to take me in) and the lady ripped off my natural nail by lifting my tip with another an acrylic tip! I told her I had never seen that technique before and that if I wanted my natural nail ripped off I could have done that at home! I let her know I did not like that and she then changed the way she removed the rest of my 9 nails and never attended me after that and just left me there. Her and her boss tried telling me that it was bc my nails were so thin and fragile. That was not the case because

Came to do a quick pedicure.. got a guy who was pissed I said no gel for my toes and then hurt me the entire time doing my pedicures didn't file my nails or try to remove my dead skin. Worst experience!
He took out his anger on me after I asked for white regular polish, he told me no they don't have that. I said. "But my sister is getting it and she's next to me?" (The tech was putting the color on her!) he got pissed I caught his lie.

Do yourself a favor and and go somewhere else. I thought that I should treat myself to a pedicure after a long week and what I got was rushed. My toenails were half filed, the tech put my sandals on while my feet were still wet, and when I complained to the manager, he said they didn't give refunds. Judging from the other bad reviews, these people are a bunch of crooks and this place should be shut down. I will never be back here again!

The nail tech wouldn't listen to anything I said. He just kept saying "No, this looks good." I hate my nails and they were $70. Will never come back ever again..very upset that I spent $70 on something that is so bad even after saying multiple times that I didn't like them.

Went here for full set and pedicure. The wait was swift. Social distancing is practiced. 2 different people did my services. I got done quick. I came here because I was shopping at the mall. No thrills about this place. Very pricey spent 90. 00 on full set (acrylic, powder, stiletto shape) and gel toes. The pedicure could have been better.

Came here with my sister and niece the technician that was given to me as walk-in was rude to me and my niece and only asked me what level pedicure I wanted. Then didn't ask me anything else. Two of my nails were left jaggid. Didn't buff finish or ask if I wanted a color. Made me feel like I was on assembly line not like I was a paying customer.
Overall experience wasn't pleasurable at all nor professionalism shown. Manager did deduct $5 for miscommunication but wasn't enough for the unprofessionalism shown by technicians.

I been there 2 times so far and my first time was amazing the lady did really good on my pedicure and my full set nails. But my second time the guy did really terrible on my nails. The gems fell off 2 days afterwards, my thumbs was crooked, under my nails still had a lot of acrylic stuff left over, the glitter wasn't done right, the sizes of all my nails was different. And they don't even look like they was freshly done they look like they was done a week ago.
