Services
We perform digital take-offs and review architectural details and electrical drawings in order to formulate a bill of material. We review specifications and drawings, identify drawing conflicts and application issues and develop information requests (RFI's) in order to clarify the scope.
We then research appropriate products, review manufacturer pricing, to ensure all necessary lighting components are accounted for per the drawings and design intent.We also review lighting control riser diagrams and panel schedules. Finally, we provide a comprehensive price proposal. Our team performs a functional analysis for each project and focuses on the important design elements by obtaining input from the design team.
