They did not disclose the $95 service fee prior to coming. It took literally 5 minutes to "diagnosis" the problem and they charged $95. The total cost of repair was $349, for a leaky toilet y'all! All he did was replace the parts inside the back of toilet. I was charged $90 for parts that cost $20 at Lowe's. I know now that I can buy a brand new toilet at Lowe's for a lot cheaper than Ohmstead repaired mine. Poor customer service and too expensive.. I do not recommend this company at all. Go to Lowe's

Very disappointed. Paid over $4000 to have a water heater replaced. Not only did they hook the water up wrong the first time. We were also told they would remove the old water heater last Friday, that was changed to today (Monday), After waiting all day at home, we had to call them to find out the earliest they can come is Thursday? Will not be using them again.
