Been there several times always great food service and professional bartenders...We had our wedding reception there last week in upstairs private room with bar and private restroom.. 30 of us had great time.. Annette and the rest of staff treated us like gold!!! Thanks again Kevin's.. Joe and Linda. G.Keep those oysters coming!!!

I don't live in the area but stopped by as I was passing through. As hurricane IDA was just starting to come through the north east I was surprised to find their parking lot full and pretty many people dining in. I was at first going to order to go but the atmosphere was great and staff friendly, and I realized this isn't a place I should take my food to go. I needed to eat it there and enjoy it as intended. Their menu had some great choices that included seafood, pasta, veal, chicken and some standard steak dishes. It took me a long time to decide, but I decided on the Strip Steak. While I waited

Went with a friend last night we both had the 5 course South American inspired preset dinner with wine pairings. Each course was executed perfectly, portions were perfect size and the wines worked well! Also luv the Tuesday $1 oyster night, paired with the fabulous table side traditional Caesar - best in town without a doubt. Bill the GM is wonderful and could be running one of the best restaurants in Philly we're lucky to have him in the valley

Two words... Very Disappointed.
I have previously said that Kevin's was hands down the best restaurant in the area. I have truly loved this place. Things have seemed to change and not for the better. We haven't been in for a while due to COVID and we were really looking forward to a good meal. I was initially impressed by the procedures they took for COVID safety. Very clean and excellent social distancing. Then came the meal...
I must first say, the oysters were outstanding and we were very happy. The restaurant was clean

We visited for date night on a Saturday. We had reservations, which I do recommend as the place was pretty busy. I love the brick and the industrial chic feel of this place. It's tucked away behind the Fidelity bank on Wyoming Avenue but not hard to find. Parking in front is limited; however, there is more parking in the back. The food was amazing! I had the veal scallopini that was topped with spicy peppers, capers, mushrooms and a white wine sauce the flavors came together so well! My fiancé had the salmon, which he loved. This place is an absolute fantastic find in the Wilkes Barre area!!! Delicious drinks and the food I sensational. Bar tender extremely knowledgeable and again the drinks are fantastic. We ordered the duck and said we were splitting it and they split it perfectly. This is a place my wife and I will frequent on a regular basis!

We went twice with a large group particularly to have the $1 oysters. Service was good but the oysters were almost minuscule. Definitely not worth it. We were looking for somewhere like the old Doc McGrogans that used to have "buck a shuck". We had onion soup that was served lukewarm and all of the entrees were, "meh". Nothing at all to write home about.

Went Saturday nite last minute decision and booked thru Opentable 6:30 res. When we arrived I commented to my wife how the changed things since our last visit. We approach hostess and said we made an reservation on Opentable and she said oh we don't check for those? Lucky it was early and not too busy so we were able to be seated. Drinks as always excellent. Clams were dry and tasteless As was Caesar salad and I bit into a crouton that broke a tooth it was so hard. Got the calamari for the table to share and was not impressed. No flavor there at all and the small bowl of sauce that came with it was bland . We had to ask for lemon to give it some flavor. For main dish I got the tuna and my husband got a filet. My tuna was good but his steak was meh. Like the ambiance.

This is a great place for drinks which was our main reason for going. The drinks were well-made. I had the St. Germaine and a Manhattan. My friend had the Sangria and another specialty drink. I liked the variety on the drink menu. I had a hard time choosing, which is almost never the case, and the fact that the drinks weren't too sweet or too boozy. Again, they were well-made.

About a week I tried Kevin's for the first time. I've heard it was inconsistent - either spot on or so-so. The night I was there we ordered 3 main entrees - all were super delicious. The only 2 things that were a tad off 1. The server was extremely friendly but slow. We absolutely would have ordered a few more drinks. 2. The food needed to be hotter.
BUT-- the pasta dish we ordered was fantastic, I had the halibut special-- magnificent!
I'm looking forward to returning!

Not only is this an awesome place for great seafood, steaks and appetizers BUT having a baby shower here was spectacular !! The food was superb as well as the service and amenities.
Young and old loved the food selection.
Chicken Parmesan , hangar steak, mashed potatoes and penne pasta with vodka sauce was the absolute BEST!! Appetizers were amazing. You will not regret your choice here. Seating for 75 was perfect and could easily handled a few more. The display shower in the room on the side worked out great.
