I have been calling and texting Bob at Mercury for 4 weeks, trying to get someone to give me a bid on resetting and recaulking a stained glass window and he hasn't even given me the courtesy of a return call. That is some crappy customer service!!

Was searching to replace the plain windows on side of the entry door by custom stained glass units. However, soon discovered there were very few companies still undertaking this kind of projects. On recommendation from glass supplier I visited Mercury Glass and discussed my "vision" with the owner, Bob Heathcote . After sitting down with Bob and his designer, Grover, we came up with a concept that Grover turned into reality. I called Mercury Glass for a quote nearly 2 weeks ago. It took 4 days for someone to even call me back, after calling me they said they could do a quote over the phone, great! I'm all about efficiency but the guy who called me to get the information isn't the guy who gives the quotes. It's now been over a week and still no quote. I have called the "office" a number of times and the woman who answers acts like I'm rude for politely expressing my frustration. 2 weeks and no quote! No thanks, I'll go somewhere else.
