Exactly 11 months ago, I purchased a 14k Gold Indian Rope Coin Bezel. The bezel broke today. When I called, I was told that I purchased the bezel almost one year ago and what do I want them to do. I ask them to go back to the manufacturer as I believe it is a defective piece. Flintski management would not do that. They were indifferent to the issue. Customer Service has no home in this company. I would not recommend buying anything from them. They would rather protect the manufacturer than their customers. The only option was to purchase another one for $23.00 less than I previously paid
