This place is amazing. My son vomited all over my van. Called this place and they got me right in. Gave me a free loaner car in case I needed to take my kiddo to the doctor (so kind and thoughtful). Didn’t charge arm and a leg. And the van is immaculately clean. Recommend them to anyone and everyone.

Tim was amazing- he suggested the correct package that was necessary for the type of cleaning we needed, and then went above and beyond by adding a few more cleaning steps to that package, without charging extra- his excuse being, he could not leave the job incomplete. True professional who actually cares about his work. Also, he gave us a loaner car which was a great help saving us so much time and inconvenience. We drove there from Boston, and would do it again without hesitation. Highly recommend the service.

Would rate six stars if I could! Came to the shop for an interior cleaning nightmare with a dense mat of dog hair in all carpeting and deep crevices. The car that came out was unrecognizable - it looked like it came straight off a new car lot. Truly an impeccable job. Shoutout to Tim for professional, timely, and thorough work that went above and beyond. Worth every penny!

I had a wonderful experience at Stoneham Auto Detailing. The staff was friendly and went out of their way to be helpful and kind to me and my 2 young children. I was offered a loaner vehicle and they also offered to pick my children and I up as we had gone out for a walk while we were waiting and it was a VERY hot day! Our car is now so clean it feels new again.

What a jewel. I adore the owner Tim who got us scheduled on rather short notice. The work was excellent - so much so, we brought our other car in the next day. All of the surfaces in and outside the car are spotless, the windows sparkle, and anything I may have left in the car was treated with respect and returned. I highly recommend that you get any of your car detailing with this company. And the customer service was friendly, easy, and professional. Great experience!

Update: Tim, the co-founder/manager reached out to me about our experience below. He apologized profusely, promised to make it right, as well as to educate his employees. He re-funded us and went the extra mile to clean one of our other cars to prove that he meant it. He even went as far as offering to buy my wife flowers, very generous, although I politely declined.
After this negative experience turning into a positive one we will be customers for life. Thank you Tim, we'll be back!
