Do not do business here, your health is TOO IMPORTANT. I was assigned here by the VA throughthe Community Care program, a program that this office signed up for to treat Vets and get money from the Gov for it, and I haven't been able to make an initial appointment in over a month. I call everyday during the week, at least twice, and during different regular business hours only to get the same message to leave a message. No 'press 1 for this dept, press 2 fo ....etc' you go straight to 'Leave a message.' No one will ever return your message; EVER. Go ahead and try right now, call them; when you

Whatever you do don't go to this office! The staff in the front office is extremely rude and don't care what you are going through. As if the staffs attitudes aren't bad enough dr Clifford carrol will have you spend a small fortune in copays just to tell you there's nothing wrong with you and that it's all in your head! Last procedure I had done with him was a colonoscopy and endoscopy where he had to open my esophagus and still had the nerve to tell me there's nothing wrong! 6 months later I'm admitted into the hospital with my esophagus almost completely closed

Worst experience I have ever had, receptionist Alexis is never be helpful. Patient need to try whole day contacting them and fax them the result. Simple answer from them: "Unfortunately, you need to let your clinic keep trying to fax to us." If I my primary doctor did not send me there, I will never go to this place.

Any physician or group that refuses to see people without insurance is to be suspected of insurance work. Meaning they will keep you sick enough to max your benefits. I called to see a doctor willing to pay but wasn’t even given consideration for a consultation. If you have insurance they will see you but I’d be very careful dealing with a “care” provider that clearly only “cares” about juicing insurance as cash wasn’t sufficient. This is medicine?

Scheduled a new patient appointment and was seen in a few days. Appointment wait time was 15 min. Saw the doctor who stated that he wanted to approach my issues methodically.
Was referred to Quest for a celiac blood test. Then scheduled for an upper gi endoscopy in two weeks.
Staff was professional and scheduling was flexible.
Update: Had my endoscopy with sedation at a surgical center near Mountain View Hospital. Process was simple, staff was friendly and accomodating. Went under anaesthesia and woke up drowsy, thry gave me juice and I ate shortly after. Good experience.

I was referred to this office by my primary care provider. The lady who called me to set the appointment was so rude and unfriendly that I told her I won't be going to that office because of her lack of customer care, her rudeness, and the way in which she treated me, this didnt seem to bother her and ended the conversation. I called my doctor and requested another referring facility. I am now scheduling with someone else. Someone needs some training on how to handle and talk with potential patients.

I saw Dr. Clifford Carrol at this medical group for several Upper GI pains. I had a bad experience with the former doctor in this same office. So I was scared to go back. I felt Dr Carrol address my pain and my other medical issues quickly and informational. He did my EDG with biopsy at a surgery center. He really set my mind at ease.

Dr. Sharma is the best in Las Vegas. I was sick for 3 years and none of my doctors could diagnose what was wrong. My primary doctor had my gall-bladder removed even though the tests were inconclusive. When I finally ended up in the ER, Dr. Sharma knew that it was Crohn's right away and got me in to be diagnosed right away. I now have the tools and knowledge to battle this disease, and I feel alot better. He is no nonsense and really listens to the patient. Great doctor!

I originally saw Dr. Vish Sharma during the summer of 2010 after a gallbladder removal gone awry. He had to go in and scope out the little duct which the surgeon hadn't and was causing me to turn yellow a week post-op. He was very kind, and thorough, and also spotted the fact that I had diverticulitis, a fact which had escaped the surgeons, and the ER doctors. After the ordeal, I had my follow up, and while I reccomend Dr. Sharma very highly, I will say that going to the office, you'd better bring a book! They always have a full waiting room. Id forgotten that, as I sit here nearly
