Since 1999 he has been focused on Manufactured Homes as Real Estate. Since that time the Company has retrofitted over 1,500 Manufactured Homes. We have worked for over fifty mortgage lenders, hundreds of Real Estate Agents as well as hundreds of individual manufactured homeowners.

To qualify the manufactured home for FHA, VA and certain types for Conventional Insured Financing. It must be something permanent in addition to the concrete blocks and steel straps which are required by the Manufacturer of all manufactured homes and considered the foundation. It usually consists of steel pipe or tubing anchored in concrete and welded or bolted to the "I" beam of the home.

Howdy folks this review is for john coates jr/sr of double c partners. So first off wonderful experience with this family owned and operated gem. Coats jr and sr were both very respectful and timely and when i say timely i mean they came the very next morning! the work is fantastic and both gentlemen were very professional as well as this being a cost effective method of meeting the va/fha requirements. So hats off to both of them by the time he was done (2hrs or so) my daughter and son were thanking him, giving him water and saying they appreciated him! And its true we do the work the response
