Jim Fohn began his career in the funeral business in 1965, in 1977 Jim and Janice opened their first funeral home in Kirksville, MO. They sold that location in 1989, in 1990 they moved to Cassville Mo. and purchased the Axley Funeral home changing the name to Fohn Funeral Home and continuing a tradition that was over 60 years old.

Centrally located at 1303 N. Main bus. 37 hwy, just south of the elementary school. Fohn Funeral home has been serving families in Cassville and South Barry County since 1990. Our main office is located next door to the funeral home providing additional areas for families to make arrangements. Across the street is additional parking in our paved parking area.
