My roots grow deep in Eastern Oklahoma County and I'm proud of it! I grew up in Midwest City and graduated from Choctaw High School. My wife and I have three kids that keep us on our toes! I would STRONGLY warn anyone against using State Farm as an insurance company. Filed a claim for my roof and they sent out an adjuster who came out and inspected the roof and said it was fine. Meanwhile I’ve had 3 roofing companies and an assessor from the bank tell me I need a new roof. I submitted multiple roofing reports to State Farm trying to get another adjuster out to reassess the roof and basically nothing was done. The office staff are nice but ultimately cannot do anything. Just AVOID STATE FARM and go with another insurance company.

Hi! Kudos to Brandon Ersteniuk & his State Farm Staff, They are the best. So professional, nice & kind. They are always ready & willing to help customer's. I Just talked to Brandy today & she was very nice & willing to help me. She told me that she will do a follow up on the question & she will get back with me asap with the information. I am a loyal customer of State Farm, I have been with them for 20+ years. That says a lot. Keep up the good work👍🖐️

One of the best experiences I have had with an insurance company, was respectful of my COVID-19 concerns and scheduled calls to discuss my Renters, Life and car insurance. Then when we got everything locked in they showed me the options I had in terms of discounts! and showed me how I could get the best price for what I had. I ended up working with Amanda Anderson and i honestly couldn't recommend her more, when I email her I get a response within the hour! Keep up the Amazing work!

Hey hey Amanda...You Rock!! Actually, I've dealt with everyone in this office at one time or another and have always been treated with friendliness and patience. I say patience because insurance is not my forte and these folks break it down to my level of understanding and never seem put out when I ask another question. Amanda, thanks for basically reviewing my whole policy with me... 3 cars and house... and letting me ask 20 questions and thanks for also speaking my language and breaking it all down into simple terms! Been with Brandon's team for a long time and don't see that changing. Thanks
