Caroline and her team at GoPrime were magnificent and held my hand through the process of buying my place. They were competent and available to answer all questions, I would sometimes show up just as the office was closing and they would stay and help me out as long as I needed assistance. Caroline Roy and her team are, by far, the best mortgage team I have ever worked with. As the covid-19 crisis was unfolding in March 2020 we achieved 2.625% 15-year fix. We had a previous purchase fail for reasons unrelated to the mortgage, and throughout the 6 months to eventual close on the 2nd property, Caroline and her team were consistently patient, professional, efficient, understanding and kind. I can't recommend Caroline at Prime Mortgage Lending enough. My wife and I had a little bit more complicated case for purchasing our first house and Caroline was super helpful. We both felt that she was working to get us the best loan for our needs. We also ended up shopping around midway through the process with Prime, only because we realized that we never even looked elsewhere. Well, Caroline was way better than the three local banks we checked with. She offered lower rates, better terms, and was more on top of her game than they were.

We were VERY happy with Caroline. Clear, honest, knowledgeable, hardworking and never high pressure or condescending. When we first decided to go with her we thought we were getting a run-of-the-mill 30 year loan that any bank would approve (we were pre-approved with another bank as well), thinking she might be able to help negotiate a little savings at the end. However, right before we closed we had very unexpected changes on our end in our personal financial situation. We thought we'd lose the house for sure, but she pulled out all the stops. Super painless process! As a first time buyer I was nervous about the whole mortgage thing and had no clue where to start.
