Triple Chocolate: A chocolate lovers dream! Chocolate cake baked with chocolate chips and layered with our homemade chocolate buttercream. Strawberry Lemonade: Lemon cake, made with fresh lemon juice and lemon zest, layered with our homemade lemon buttercream and strawberry preserve filling. Raspberry Champagne Celebration: Our signature raspberry champagne cake (made with real champagne!)
We no longer offer daily grab-n-go items and only do custom orders. Since we no longer offer daily grab-n-go items we are currently going by appointment only. Please allow at least a two-week notice on all orders. Last minute cake orders may be fulfilled depending on the complexity of the cake and availability.

I could not recommend The Icing and the Cake any more! I was recently maid of honor at a wedding where Brandy provided the AMAZING cake. It was beautiful and delicious and all the guests raved about how tasty all the different flavors were (special shout out for raspberry champagne)! There were only cake crumbs left at the end of the night. Brandy was a dream to work with and delivery/set up the day of the wedding was a breeze. She was super communicative and helpful. Thank you so much for helping to add to my best friend’s magical day! 💕

I ordered a cake 3 weeks ahead of schedule for my Assistant. On the day of her birthday, today, I was informed her $70 cake was cancelled an hour ago. I'm very disappointed and lesson learned.😔
Updated response to owner: The order was placed through a 3rd party vendor. They contacted me an hour prior to estimated delivery to say the order was cancelled by the business. I have a receipt to show if you'd like. I'm not looking for anything, we were just dissapointed and the only recourse was to alert others.

Brandy did an incredible job with our wedding cake (and gluten free cupcakes for my sister)! We chose the raspberry champagne and triple chocolate as our flavors and everyone raved about how delicious the cake was. The presentation was also gorgeous and exactly what we wanted. We asked for a simple design with flowers and it turned out beautifully (see pictures attached). Not only did she do a great job executing what we asked for, she also went above and beyond and made our cake a day earlier than we had originally planned when we decided to move the wedding date last minute (about 2 days before

We ordered a 3-tier sweet 16 birthday cake for our daughter. All 3 layers were a different flavor with different filling. They were all fantastic in flavor. The decoration was amazing. Our daughter loved it. The price was very reasonable. My only complaint would be the packaging. Two cake boxes were taped and wrapped together, which made for difficult unwrapping.

WONDERFUL vendor. I had a consult here to explore places to get my wedding cake at. I had already been to 3 wedding cake vendors before visiting Brandy at The Icing & The Cake. There was 1 of those prior 3 that tasted pretty good, but for the design I wanted the price was DOUBLE what Icing & The Cake was, which is crazy for the simple design I wanted. Brandy was super nice and our consult was GREAT. One thing I LOVE that she did was take photo of my fiance and I before we started the cake taking, and now I am so glad I have that to look back on as the day I chose my wedding cake!
