Juan fixed my computer super quickly and over the weekend, so that I could use it during the work week with no interruption. He is really nice and professional, and explains all the steps of what he's doing, so you understand the process. I highly recommend him and thanks Juan!
PS--I would also say to the person who was frustrated that they weren't open at specific times--It is a small operation and just call ahead so they can accommodate you--It's very easy!

I have used MicroSolutions for over 7 years. Juan is very professional and works with his clients. He explains/recommends what he will do to solve your problems. He is great when you need a new computer to give you information plus transferring information from your old to new. He also works with companies which is how I came to know him and Teresa. I recommend him for all your computer needs. I can call office, leave a message and he will get back to me as soon as he can. But I do get a return call. I have always been happy with the service I have received.

Went to take my laptop in for third time on Monday January 16th last 2 times closed for lunch no sign on door just closed. anyone Came back then at ten after 4 and I saw they close at 4. Oh well I said. Today I went to open door and it was locked. My comment out loud was 'is this place ever f- ing open.' As I am leaving this man opens the door and berates me for cursing. Great just what I needed. Frustrated customerš£
