Caregiving started at an early age for me. I was the caregiver for my special needs sister. Later in adult life the opportunity to provide care to a fellow church member developed into an ongoing business of caring and compassion. Business has now moved into its twentieth year. We are the furthest you can be from a institutional setting - we don't treat our residents like patients in a room number, they are part of our family.
We pride ourselves on easing the transition for seniors who can no longer care for all their basic needs independently. We believe that this is best accomplished in a residential home setting. Walking into my home, it does not smell institutional; it smells like mom's kitchen. The kitchen is well used in our home to delight every individual's craving, likes and dislikes.

Services
Our primary purpose is to provide extraordinary and personal long term health care: both palliative and hospice, in a residential home environment. Moving from one's home to an institutional setting such as a nursing home can be a very traumatic event for a senior with health issues who needs more than just occasional assisted living aid.

I have now been able to visit a few different people as they stayed there for different reasons. Beautiful site, each patient's room is decorated according to their own likes. Small pets sometimes allowed. Staff caring and engaging, help facilitate regular and special visits (holiday parties creatively held during covid). Highly recommend.

I cannot say enough about what a blessing Uni and her staff were as they lovingly cared for my mother during the last months of her life. They never lost sight of the person she was, treating her with dignity and respect while doing everything they could to provide enjoyment and high quality of life until her last days. Uni decorated her room according to Mom’s taste, added holiday decorations at Easter, fixed her favorite foods, and provided excellent medical care. She even went to doctor appointments with us so she and her staff could be full partners in her care. We thank God that when We

I have a friend who is staying here. She is very comfortable and has no complaints. Beautiful deck in back overlooking Lake Waco. You have to see it in person. It really is like living in a home with 24 hour care. Uni is the owner and truly cares and loves each of the people in her care. It’s a 4 bedroom house and there is a waiting list. Very kind and attentive staff.
